        SGR1103黑液专用阻垢分散剂是由有机膦酸盐、膦羧酸、聚羧酸类阻垢分散剂、降粘剂、表面活性剂等组成。该产品能有效的抑制碳酸盐、锈蚀产物、硫酸盐或硅酸盐等结垢。作为最新研发的高性能阻垢分散剂，它可以同时与黑液中的硅、草酸盐、各种糖类发生反应使其失去粘性，使之不易在蒸发器表面沉淀附着。分散剂还会与蒸发器表面所结污垢发生化学反应，使老垢溶解脱落，达到清除老垢的目的。保证了蒸发器表面清洁无垢，提高热传导速度，增效节能，效益明显。

一、黑液蒸发器阻垢剂性能特点：

    广谱性:对抑制碳酸盐、锈蚀产物、硫酸盐或硅酸盐的析出或沉淀有很好的效果。

    降粘性:使黑液中的钙、镁、硅等成垢离子最大限度的分散，增加抗沉淀性和流动性，使之不宜在蒸发器表面沉淀附着，而保持蒸发器表面清洁无垢。

    运行除垢:与蒸发器表面所结污垢发生化学反应，使老垢溶解脱落，达到清除老垢的目的。

二、黑液蒸发器阻垢剂理化指标：

将SGR1103黑液专用阻垢分散剂在加药罐中稀释后通过计量泵，按计量随黑液一起加入蒸发器中。此药剂稀释后不宜久存，应现用现配。一般用量为20～50克/吨黑液。

包装与贮存

    SGR1103黑液专用阻垢分散剂为塑料桶包装，每桶25kg或由用户确定。贮存期为十二个月。

安全与防护

    SGR1103黑液专用阻垢分散剂为中性或弱碱性，操作时佩戴眼镜手套，避免与皮肤、眼睛等接触，接触后用大量清水冲洗。

4. Packaging and storage and transportation
