SGR1105是专门针对多晶硅废水蒸发浓缩时的阻垢分散剂,在高钙、高碱度、高硫酸根和高硅的工况下仍有良好的阻垢效果。
使用方法:将SGR1105专用阻垢分散剂在加药罐中稀释后通过计量泵,按计量随废水一起加入蒸发器中,也可直接加入原液。一般用量为80~150ppm,根据水质情况确定具体用量。药剂使用之前应将加药箱和管线置换冲洗干净,避免影响使用效果。
