       硫化碱母液蒸发阻垢剂是由有机膦酸盐、膦羧酸、聚羧酸类阻垢分散剂、降粘剂、表面活性剂等组成。该产品能有效的减缓芒硝-硫化碱法来生产硫酸钡产生的硫化碱母液在蒸发时产生的硫酸钡、硫酸锶、碳酸钡、碳酸镁等结垢。药剂通过螯合增容、晶格修辞等作用，达到阻垢作用，分散剂还会与蒸发器表面所结污垢发生化学反应，使之不易在蒸发器表面沉淀附着，剥离老垢。保证了蒸发器表面清洁，提高热传导速度，延长设备使用寿命和清洗周期。

 对抑制硫化碱母液或油田污水中硫酸钡、硫酸锶、碳酸钡、碳酸镁的析出或沉淀有很好的效果。

使用方法：将SGR1106专用阻垢分散剂在加药罐中稀释后通过计量泵，按计量随废水一起加入蒸发器或油田管道中，也可直接加入原液。一般用量为40～50ppm，根据水质情况确定具体用量。药剂使用之前应将加药箱和管线置换冲洗干净，避免影响使用效果。

包装贮运：用25kg、200 kg、1000kg塑料桶包装，存放于阴凉干燥处，贮存期十二个月，搬运时小心轻放，防止撞击。
